An intensive care management is part of the care & co offering: in these cases, the person / family (or the HR department/officer) seeking support is accompanied so closely in crisis situations that the care & co counsellor becomes the coordination hub for the entire complex of topics presented. Within the first two consulting hours, it becomes clear whether care management by a care & co counsellor is desired.

What is care management?
Care management is a concept for structured, solution-oriented consulting, coordination and support of people in complex to very complex and challenging situations. The support provided includes all services from obtaining information to scheduling and coordination, conducting job application and placement interviews, support with applications, dealing with authorities, obtaining contract templates, etc. Under certain circumstances, the care & co counsellor may also require appropriate powers of attorney or legitimation for this task. Care management is time-consuming, extremely personal and absolutely confidential.
In this sense, care management is intended to guarantee the superordinate control of the support process. Care management takes into account the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act. On a case-by-case basis, care & co counsellors can also help in the search for possible external financing (employers' social funds, etc.).

Conditions
For employees of a member company, a two-hour consultation is free of charge. From the third hour onwards, the reduced hourly rate for member companies and their employees of CHF 120 applies. Member companies can purchase service packages for their employees.
For non-members, the rate is CHF 150 per hour.
